Foreign-trained nurses need a programme equivalent to Singapore’s, current registration at home, clinical practice in the last 5 years, and a job offer from an eligible Singapore institution, whose HR applies to SNB for you. You then pass the SNB licensure exam. Registered nurses are on the COMPASS Shortage Occupation List.
